Recycle, Reduce Reuse!
Summer Staple: Sexy Nails!
The China Glaze color that I will be featuring today is Recycle. This color is an anything goes type of color. You can wear it with everything because it is so neutral, yet it can still be unexpected. Erin (follow her on Twitter @Erin_Sigma) chose this as her nail color this week and she is loving it! It looks especially amazing with her beautiful ring! ;)
See! I think this color is so versatile and that is why I love it so much! You can dress it up or down, wear it every day or for special occasions. It also goes SO well with one of Annie's favorite fashion trends of summer... NAUTICAL! She loves nautical everything and Recycle would be a perfect addition to the navy blue, red and gold nautical trends. I guess today's post has two major objectives: 1. To show off this beautiful nail color and 2. Not only is this nail polish perfect for summer fun, it's also good for the environment. So make sure that while you're partying it up on the beach, lake or wherever this summer....have fun and RECYCLE!

Refreshing!
Summer Staple: Sexy Nails!
Who doesn't love hot nails!? Well here at Sigma we do, and in the next few posts I will be showing off some fun, colorful nail polish, perfect for hot summer days and rainy days too! These polishes are from China Glaze, who was kind enough to send us some samples here at Sigma Makeup. And let me tell you...we are all LOVING them! We have been painting our nails over lunch break...honestly, it now smells like a nail salon in here!
Ok, the first color I would like to feature is Re-Fresh Mint. I am excited about this color! It reminds me of when I was little and would ride my bike up to the Whippy Dip near my house. I always got the Creme de Mint milkshake, mmm so good! Anyways, this color is like dipping your nails into a Creme de Mint milkshake. It's unique, unexpected and is a fun way to perk up your summer look. I chose this color for my nails today because it is gloomy and rainy here in MN and I felt like a pop of brightness would make the weather more tolerable!

It's all about accessories in this post and this season! I am loving big, bold statement pieces that really pull an outfit together. Here you can see my personal accessory collection as well as some of my favorite pieces for this Spring/Summer! ENJOY!

So, now that you have seen a glimpse of my massive amount of accessories, I would love to share with you my favorites of the season. Every one who knows me, is aware of my freakish obsession for turquoise. I LOVE IT! I have always loved the color and any accessory that incorporates it. I think it all started with my first trip to the Southwest and has progressed into something that I cannot control, nor want to!
With that in mind, here are a few of my favorite pieces that incorporate turquoise in my collection!
Now, finally what you have all been waiting for....my favorite accessory of the moment! Drum roll please......
I don't even think it is truly necessary to explain why I am in love with this ring. It is perfect! Coral is such an amazing color right now and the gold accents are so adorable. I got this ring in Florida at an accessory store (probably one of my most favorite stores) and I have hardly taken it off since I left the store. It's so fun and can totally change the attitude of any outfit or look.
